About the role

  • Oversee the operational performance and ongoing improvement of SAP environment
  • Manage the entire SAP ecosystem (ECC, BTP, Success Factors, etc.)
  • Manage service delivery outcomes through IT Service Management disciplines
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering capability growth and a culture focused on delivering value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, actively participating in governance forums
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to manage the full lifecycle of SAP applications, including cloud releases
  • Support budget planning and ensure compliance with SAP operational and capital expenditure requirements
  • Drive technical and architectural decisions in transitioning to S/4Hana

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in SAP applications with proven leadership experience within complex IT environments
  • Functional and technical hands-on SAP ECC experience is essential; exposure to S/4 HANA is highly regarded
  • Experience providing support across the SAP suite, such as SuccessFactors and MM
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across diverse business areas are essential.
