About the role
- Partner with leaders and executives to embed organisational capabilities, leadership behaviours, and cultural initiatives that drive transformation and innovation.
- Act as a trusted adviser on complex people challenges and change initiatives, providing expert guidance to enhance organisational agility and resilience.
- Collaborate across HR functions to co-create innovative, data-driven solutions aligned with strategic workforce priorities and business objectives.
- Leverage workforce analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve people outcomes to ensure future capability needs are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, influencing outcomes across all levels.
- Skilled in complex change management, project delivery, and consultation.
- Strong capability in strategic people risk management with a proactive safety focus.
- Confident communicator with curiosity and critical thinking, able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to hit the ground running with availability from January 2026!
