About the role
- Working in a collaborative fashion with asset managers, project delivery teams, finance personnel and other stakeholders across the business to develop business cases, project change requests, and committee and board papers.
- Advising stakeholders on capital investment governance requirements, ensuring governance requirements are being met and processes followed.
- Collaboratively mapping out investment approval pathways to support achievement of SEQ’s investment plan.
- Working with the Manager Capital Investment & Planning and the broader team to manage issues, drive outcomes and identify efficiencies.
- Supporting production of SEQ’s Strategic Asset Management Plan on an as-required basis.
Requirements
- Excellent team player as this role requires a high degree of collaboration.
- Highly organised with attention to detail, self-direction and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence others
- Ability to effectively provide accurate key information to Senior and Executive Management.
- Ability to work calmly and methodically to meet deadlines within tight timeframes.
