💰 $125,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Producing and leading 3–5 studio shoot days per week from planning through asset handoff
- Translating performance briefs into scalable, test-ready video content
- Running the visual execution on set, including art directing and shooting for framing, pacing, tone, coverage, and creative quality
- Align with styling and merchandising teams on priority SKUs
- Ensure each shoot captures the modular content needed for performance testing, including hooks, CTAs, alternate messaging, b-roll, and to support growth testing needs
- Maintain a high bar for creative quality while balancing output, speed, and testing volume
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing to prioritize testing needs and content opportunities
- Partner with editors during post-production to ensure final assets reflect the intended creative direction and performance strategy
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure alignment where appropriate
- Ensure organized file management and clean handoff to post-production
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in video production (DTC/fashion/beauty/lifestyle preferred)
- End-to-end shoot production with strong studio lighting and camera skills
- Skilled in social-first, performance-driven content (framing, storytelling, hooks, pacing)
- Hybrid producer/operator: can shoot, light, direct talent, and problem-solve on set
- Experience creating high-volume photo/video assets in fast-paced studios
- Strong organization and media management; collaborates well with post teams
- Self-sufficient, adaptable, cross-functional, versatile, multi-skilled producer
- Talent booking/management experience
