About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat, and using various remote support tools.
Answer and respond to technical issues via inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Troubleshoot possible wiring issues.
Diagnose and fix computers that just won’t boot.
Provide remote installation support for proprietary software.
Initiate warranty claims.
Analyze and reconnect Point-of-Sale terminals that won’t connect to the network.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous technical support experience.
Technical background in electrical and/or mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.
End-user support (OS, Hardware, and Printer troubleshooting, etc.).
