About the role
- Lead all dispute software implementation projects for new and existing clients
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate resources and deliverables in a matrixed organization
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and status reports

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a project management function
- 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle
- Familiar with SaaS software
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
