About the role
- Lead the customer onboarding process during the first 3 months
- Support initial system usage training and best practices for management
- Ensure onboarding milestones (activation, initial KPIs, minimum adoption) are achieved
- Document customer information for a structured handover to ongoing Customer Success
- Act as the link between the customer, sales, and support during the initial period
- Monitor engagement and prepare progress reports
- Prepare customer management for transfer to Quattrus Customer Success (CS).
