About the role

  • Lead the customer onboarding process during the first 3 months
  • Support initial system usage training and best practices for management
  • Ensure onboarding milestones (activation, initial KPIs, minimum adoption) are achieved
  • Document customer information for a structured handover to ongoing Customer Success
  • Act as the link between the customer, sales, and support during the initial period
  • Monitor engagement and prepare progress reports
  • Prepare customer management for transfer to Quattrus Customer Success (CS).

Requirements
