About the role

  • Conduct analyses and develop reports to help understand Quatá's and competitors’ movements within each category, identifying opportunities to grow and increase business profitability.
  • Perform market analyses — trends, innovations, and research — to evaluate Quatá's and competitors’ actions using tools such as Scanntech, Varejo 360, Kantar, and others.
  • Carry out internal analyses of categories, regions, and channels to understand costs, expenses, investments, pricing, profitability, and other variables relevant to the business, aiming to improve profitability and increase the company’s market share, working under occasional supervision.
  • Analyze customer service (SAC) reports, supporting the product manager with monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Participate in the preparation of briefs with marketing vendors and support the organization and development of content for advertising materials.
  • Stay attentive to market conditions and trends and to competitor behavior to provide input for the definition of the company’s commercial strategy, gathering data through networking, internet research, studies, and specialized literature.
  • Participate in the development of new product and packaging projects, attending cross-functional meetings, tracking action timelines, updating information, contacting suppliers, and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Prepare communication, research, product development, and packaging briefings using information and analysis of market variables relevant to the project, and follow up with suppliers and internal areas throughout the project.
  • Create brand/product presentations using audiovisual resources for internal and external audiences, organize their layout, and be responsible for presenting and training teams involved in the project.
  • Contribute to the development of market research by helping define research hypotheses, objectives, methodology, research instruments, and operational procedures to generate data that support marketing actions.
  • Support the control of marketing budgets by comparing payment flows to budgeted amounts, investigating any variances, collecting information to provision future expenses, and reporting managed amounts to the immediate supervisor.
  • Interact with internal and external clients, as well as commercial representatives, to identify needs related to product and service promotion, proactively contributing to business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (preferably food).
  • Knowledge of cost concepts.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with market tools (Scanntech, Kantar, Nielsen, Neogrid).
  • Power BI.
  • Basic English.
  • Experience in the dairy market.
