About the role
- Commercial business partner for multiple plants and companies within the Quarzwerke Group
- Responsibility for the accuracy and compliance of monthly financial closings
- Preparation of standard reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Coordination and preparation of investment and budget planning
- Preparation of meaningful profitability analyses for investments, including actionable recommendations
- Safeguarding the profitability of the companies under your responsibility by identifying optimization potential
- Support for group-wide sustainability reporting in the context of the CSRD
- Active participation in shaping digitalization projects for reporting and planning processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- Professional experience in financial controlling
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Extensive knowledge of SAP and common IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Desirable: experience using BI tools
- Strong IT affinity
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
