About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Quartile’s Finance team in driving process improvement, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a connector between business and technology — analyzing needs, designing process solutions, and managing projects that enhance our financial operations.
  • Hands-on in initiatives such as new billing processes, subscription management tools, financial data automation, and cross-functional reporting improvements.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and dependencies across finance operations.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support data quality initiatives, including data clean-up for month-end close.
  • Conduct business case analysis for new tools or process enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations/project management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes with operational processes.
  • Experience leading system or process implementation projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, self-directed, and adaptable.
