About the role
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and potential inconsistencies.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights impacting product, sales, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Design and execute experimental frameworks to evaluate performance and test hypotheses.
- Contribute to building scalable analytical processes and frameworks for ongoing business needs.
- Support the creation of case studies in partnership with the Marketing team.
Requirements
- Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (including joins, window functions, and aggregations).
- Experience with programming languages such as R or Python.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving business insights.
- Excellent communication.
- Fluence in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to extract relevant insights.
- Curious and proactive, always looking for better ways to understand and use data.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences.
- A team player who enjoys problem-solving, logical reasoning, and continuous learning.
