About the role

  • Perform daily verification of system and algorithm functionality;
  • Validate that data is correctly received, processed, and calculated;
  • Approve daily system operation according to a rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays;
  • Validate new products and changes to existing products;
  • Analyze the impact of changes on data, reports, and business rules;
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams;
  • Provide technical customer support through ticket management and resolution;
  • Identify, document, and communicate system inconsistencies, failures, or bugs;
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.

Requirements

  • Familiar with SQL for data querying and validation;
  • Experience with Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of system logic;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact;
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership over critical operations;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to understand business rules and existing code;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Intermediary English
  • Availability to work on a rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays;
