About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms with focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Conduct prompt engineering to optimize interaction between users and AI models
- Integrate and fine-tune LLMs such as OpenAI GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude
- Manage model lifecycle to ensure quality and effectiveness over time
- Develop classification algorithms and response tracker evaluators
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product managers
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Document and maintain codebase, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing concepts
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning (AzureML) and Databricks for model development and deployment
- Knowledge of RAG algorithms, prompt engineering, and integrating language models
- Experience with classification algorithms and evaluating AI model performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
