About the role

  • Development and implementation of new features and solutions across our product.
  • Further development of our CRM and system architecture (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Identification of optimization potential across the entire value chain.
  • Making processes scalable and analyzing existing workflows.
  • Building structured, scalable end-to-end processes.
  • Interface management between Sales, Operations, and Tech.
  • Use of modern automation tools (e.g., Make or comparable solutions).
  • Integration of AI tools to increase efficiency and improve quality.
  • Development of automated workflows in the CRM and operations environment.
  • Continuous evaluation of new technologies with a clear business impact.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Initial relevant experience in Business Development, Product Management, Operations, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and system architectures.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools (e.g., Make) is a plus.
  • High affinity for AI tools and new technologies.
  • Analytical, structured way of working.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable processes.
  • KPI- and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality.
  • High execution speed ("builder" mentality).
  • Hands-on while also thinking strategically.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and making quick decisions.
  • Excellent German skills (C2), English at least B2.
