About the role
- Serve as a key responder and coordinator during security incidents
- Build and mature a threat intelligence capability
- Own vulnerability management end-to-end
- Harden network environments
- Proactively hunt for threats
- Communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels of the organization
- Drive post-incident improvements to prevent recurrence
- Assess and harden network architecture
- Act as a security advisor to engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
- Proven experience leading security incident investigations and coordinating cross-functional response efforts.
- Technical Skills: Incident Response & SIEM, Endpoint & Network Protection, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Scripting & Automation, Cloud Platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, GCIA, GCTI, or equivalent advanced certifications are strongly considered.
