About the role
- Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot by updating client budgets, new deals (e.g. baselines, rates, and offers) and key commercial data.
- Run regular data checks to ensure client platform data aligns with Tableau dashboards and we can make sound, commercial decisions.
- Update and reconcile Insertion Orders (IOs) and related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy ahead of finance processing.
- Update merchant optimisation sheets and internal Ops team forms, ensuring all information is current and ready for internal reporting.
- Kept up to date and collaboration is improved across Commercial, BI and Operations teams.
- Identify manual or repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated over time, reducing margin for human error in our day-to-day processes.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
