About the role

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot by updating client budgets, new deals (e.g. baselines, rates, and offers) and key commercial data.
  • Run regular data checks to ensure client platform data aligns with Tableau dashboards.
  • Update and reconcile Insertion Orders (IOs) and related documentation for finance processing.
  • Update merchant optimisation sheets and internal Ops team forms for internal reporting.
  • Improvement of cross-functional communication across Commercial, BI, and Operations teams.
  • Identify manual or repetitive tasks for process improvement or automation.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
