About the role

  • Advise customers on employee listening and performance management design — survey structure, question writing, and cadence
  • Analyze survey results and help customers find the signal in the noise
  • Present findings and recommendations to HR leaders and executive audiences with clarity and confidence
  • Coach customers on engagement, performance management, employee growth and development, and recognition and rewards best practices
  • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to drive value, adoption, and retention
  • Build process efficiencies and scalable content that improve service delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Contribute to thought leadership in employee engagement, performance management, and employee listening
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of applied experience in employee engagement or performance management
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing survey feedback
  • Working knowledge of descriptive statistics
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them to work smarter
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room with executives
  • Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities without dropping anything
  • Bonus: Master's in I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
  • Bonus: Experience designing or optimizing service or consulting processes
