Translate system requirements into robust embedded system architectures
Select suitable components and define interfaces to implement the architecture
Design and integrate interfaces to digital and analog peripherals and components
Develop high-throughput digital signal processing units for real-time acquisition
Develop embedded software (C/C++) including boot, drivers, middleware, and application logic
Collaborate closely with FPGA, hardware, and optical engineering teams

Requirements

Strong track record designing embedded architectures from requirements through production
Knowledge of MCU/SoC/SoM platforms, RTOS concepts, memory/clocking, and low-level drivers
Fluency with common buses/protocols and analog fundamentals
Proficiency in C/C++; familiarity with scripting (Python) for test/automation
Experience integrating with FPGAs and reading hardware schematics/PCB layouts
