Operate and protect a high-security ICT system with strict separation of network domains (“red-black separation”).
Design, implement, and monitor security-relevant network measures, such as firewalls, VLANs, and gateways.
Execute security monitoring, log analysis, system hardening, and regular audits to ensure compliance.
Manage user and access control concepts, including implementation of least-privilege and zero-trust principles.
Ensure smooth 24/7 operation of infrastructure components, including participation in an on-call rotation.
Provide user support in a strictly regulated IT environment.

Requirements

Completed degree or relevant IT training (e.g., computer science, IT security, system administration) or equivalent professional experience.
Several years of experience administering security-critical IT systems.
In-depth knowledge of: Network segmentation and secure network architectures
Red-black separation concepts / domain separation
Linux and/or Windows server administration
Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM, Proxmox)
Storage systems (NAS/SAN)
Git/GitLab operation, CI/CD services, and internal DevOps workflows
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is an advantage.
Familiarity with security standards (BSI guidelines, hardening guides, audit requirements).
