About the role
- Manage and Monitor budgets, costs, and milestones across R&D and operational project
- Conduct cost analyses, forecasts, and variance reports to drive decisions
- Support funding and reporting for national EU research programs
- Help optimize controlling tools and processes and implement new digital solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficiency and transparency
- Actively support other financial areas when needed
Requirements
- Completed higher commercial education or university degree, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
- Strong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent Englisch and German skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, for data-driven project evaluations
- High communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong team spirit combined with initiative and proactive mindset
- Experience in project controlling, ideally within R&D, technology, or innovation environments and EU-Funding
- Proficient in ERP and reporting systems
