About the role
- Own initial phase of onboarding digital properties for new and existing customers to ensure rapid time to value
- Implement standardized best practices across workspace design, roles and permissions, navigation, dashboards, interactions projects, alerts, and reports
- Build individual workspaces with optimal segmentation, navigation, dashboards, and alerts
- Provide meaningful, data-driven early insights post-deployment to demonstrate business value
- Manage onboarding tasks through GuideCX, tracking progress from production deployment to first insight delivery
- Validate events/instrumentation, audit proof-of-concept configurations, and partner with Implementation Engineers to remediate gaps
- Improve onboarding content, tools, and processes; contribute to platform experience initiatives and tailored vertical audits
- Support large-scale subscription optimization projects and prepare analyses to assist Business Consultants
- Act as subject matter expert on digital property onboarding, lead training, educate new hires, and enable account teams
Requirements
- 1+ years in a digital analytics role
- Knowledge across multiple industries and how use cases translate to UI setup
- Proficiency in the Quantum Metric platform to build digital properties
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex, quantitative datasets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously
- Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities
- Highly motivated, proactive (self-starter mentality)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 5-10%
