Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience using Java/Kotlin. Solid experience in Spring ecosystem (Core, Boot, Web). Proven experience with multithreaded programming. Deep understanding of design patterns, systems & software architecture. Proven track record handling code review, testing, and system integration. Focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Strong familiarity with Python programming – Advantage. Proven experience in gRPC-based network communication – Advantage. Strong engineering capabilities with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Capable of executing under uncertainty in a dynamic environment. Enjoy working in cross-geography, multi-site environment. Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
