About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Sales VP dashboards in Salesforce, serving as the subject matter expert for reporting related to pipeline health and performance insights
  • Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce data quality, standardize reporting, and ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the platform
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Sales Operations team to reinforce sales process governance
  • Drive projects that improve seller effectiveness through standardized lists, reports, views, and cleaner workflow visibility in Salesforce
  • Support territory updates, account reassignments, and Salesforce ownership changes by providing reporting insights
  • Lead and run recurring monthly sales meetings with Sales Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Salesforce reporting accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related field
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting experience
  • Proven ability to support executive decision-making through data insights
  • Strong cross-functional project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting territory planning, segmentation, and sales performance analysis
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
  • A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness
