About the role
- Execute, manage, and optimize all email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Own retention flows, membership nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns, and segmentation
- Write and adapt email and SMS copy aligned to approved messaging frameworks
- Create email layouts and modular designs using existing brand guidelines and templates
- Build, launch, and maintain campaigns and automated flows
- Schedule deployments, perform QA, and ensure deliverability and compliance
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in email marketing and SMS campaigns
- Strong copywriting and design skills
