Develop ServiceNow OMT solutions based on the Cornerstone Porting Solution to support platform functionality and business requirements
Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow to enable seamless data and process flow
Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements and ensure alignment with project objectives
Execute development tasks within an agile delivery framework to support iterative releases and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and development issues to maintain system stability and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow OMT development, Agile delivery, and Jira/Confluence usage
Experience in developing and integrating software solutions within ServiceNow platforms
Familiarity with integrating systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software delivery practices
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing development activities
