Support Engineer

• Monitor and resolve alerts via ServiceNow and TrueSight for Linux/Unix and virtualized systems.
• Troubleshoot filesystem, CPU, memory, swap, and agent issues.
• Execute approved standard changes such as service restarts, configuration updates, and agent reinstalls.
• Perform health checks and first-level troubleshooting for GPFS, LSF, OpenShift, and RStudio environments.
• Use Ansible Tower and Red Hat Satellite for patching and configuration management.
• Maintain and improve automation scripts and reporting tools for recurring operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the on-site team and L3 SMEs for escalated or hardware-dependent incidents.
• Participate in the on-call rotation approximately once per month, providing after-hours support for high-priority incidents.
• Coordinate tasks with L3 Support Engineers.
• Ensure ServiceNow tickets and incident bridges are properly updated during off-hours events.

UNIX/Linux Support Engineer

Data Engineer

• Quantori is seeking a Data Engineer to assist in developing intelligent solutions enabling our customers to accelerate discovery, acquire clinical insights, and address R&D challenges.
• This role involves data migration, system integration, and enhancing visualization capabilities.
• You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including colleagues in Europe.
• It's an onsite role, requiring 2–3 days' visits per week to the client's office in South San Francisco.
• Build data systems and pipelines
• Migrate assay and compound data from legacy systems; develop robust ETL pipelines to ensure efficient and secure integration from multiple sources.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines within a hybrid big data architecture, using Cloud Native AWS, Python, SQL, etc.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) to support experimental and predictive data.
• Collaborate on integrating data into visualization tools and develop or enhance plugins to support interactive scientific insights.
• Work with scientists, developers, and global teams to align goals, define requirements, and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Organize and analyze data, handling structured, semi-structured, unstructured, and image-based data.

Senior Data Engineer

• We are looking for a Lead/Senior Platform Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure.
• This is not a traditional DevOps or admin role — we’re seeking someone who builds usable tools and automations, not just infrastructure, and uses AI actively to accelerate their own work.
• You will play a key role in our corporate-wide initiative by developing and operating a platform that empowers teams to experiment with and deploy foundational models, intelligent agents, and automated workflows at scale.
• Build internal tools, automation scripts, and developer-facing interfaces
• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) to support hosting of foundational models and intelligent agents
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform/CDK
• Work closely with internal teams to embed AI capabilities into business processes via APIs, agents, or prompt workflows
• Contribute to reproducible, scalable, and observable environments for AI and automation use cases
• Promote and apply responsible automation practices across the engineering organization
• Availability for occasional office visits in Guadalajara, Mexico
