About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the design and execution of training programs, including Onboarding
- Coordinating logistics of the L&D events and tracking attendance
- Helping with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools
- Monitoring the effectiveness of our learning programs
- Preparing engaging internal communication around our programs
- Providing user support on the learning platform/programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- You must be enrolled at a university / business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid “convention de stage”.
- You’re motivated to develop your Learning & Development knowledge and skills in an environment working towards building a sustainable future.
- You possess a strong sense of rigor and excellent analytical skills.
- You have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable using PowerPoint.
- You have strong organization and time management skills.
- You love human contact and have strong communication skills.
- You are service-oriented and have team spirit and can-do attitude.
- You are curious and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability.
- You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication). French would be a big plus.
- You like to be part of an intercultural team.
