Lead the end-to-end pre-staffing and staffing request process, including gathering key inputs from stakeholders.
Ensure the reliability of project forecasts, proactively identify potential overload or underload situations.
Monitor project profitability and productivity, analyze project health indicators, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate consultants and project managers to ensure timely and accurate project monitoring and operations reporting.
Ensure strong alignment between Operations, Talent, and team leads to support coherent workforce and business planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience handling operations activities, ideally in a consulting company.
Successful track record of managing projects and change, ideally in both corporations and consultancy.
Passion for problem solving and amplifying performance and productivity.
Empathetic and intuitive, easily connect with stakeholders and colleagues, curious.
Natural sense for organization and time management; keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Comfortable with digital tools and know how to build meaningful slides; knowledge of ERP platforms is a plus.
Flexible, happy to adapt, and support the evolution of teammates and branch.
Fluent in English.
