Master’s degree or equivalent experience that prepares you to engage with sustainability topics (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...)
Relevant coursework or early experience (including internships), ideally with exposure to sustainability, consulting, or analytics.
Comfortable with data analysis, modelling, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
Think critically, generate insights, and apply sound judgment to real-world challenges.
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, or a motivation to learn quickly.
Curiosity and comfort exploring generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset.
Ability to collaborate well with others and enjoy contributing to a team.
Intellectual curiosity and a science-based mindset, motivated to learn and grow.
Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and working on different kinds of projects.
