About the role

  • Lead client engagements, manage major accounts and complex projects within the Fashion & Sporting Goods team
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, secure new business and co-create solutions aligned with client needs
  • Craft and implement account strategies reflecting client priorities and sustainability goals
  • Work closely with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work primarily within the sector and contribute across other areas as needed
  • Mentor junior colleagues and progressively take on line management responsibilities
  • Contribute to company revenue growth and strengthen market presence in the sector
  • Occasionally work at client offices and travel for projects
  • Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches via web-conference

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting
  • Actively shaping long-term path in business development and confident to manage Fashion & SG accounts topics
  • Good understanding of key challenges in Fashion & SG sector
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience (Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics...) to guide transformative science-based strategy
  • Intellectually curious with a science-based mindset and motivation to learn and grow
  • Motivated for teamwork and ability to coach, teach and mentor team members
  • Confident using generative AI tools while valuing human judgment
  • Fluent Italian and English communication skills
  • Additional (preferred): knowledge in other corporate sustainability topics/sectors and sustainability frameworks and tools relevant to the expertise area
