About the role
- Lead client engagements, manage major accounts and complex projects within the Fashion & Sporting Goods team
- Cultivate strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, secure new business and co-create solutions aligned with client needs
- Craft and implement account strategies reflecting client priorities and sustainability goals
- Work closely with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work primarily within the sector and contribute across other areas as needed
- Mentor junior colleagues and progressively take on line management responsibilities
- Contribute to company revenue growth and strengthen market presence in the sector
- Occasionally work at client offices and travel for projects
- Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches via web-conference
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting
- Actively shaping long-term path in business development and confident to manage Fashion & SG accounts topics
- Good understanding of key challenges in Fashion & SG sector
- Proven experience in project management
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience (Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics...) to guide transformative science-based strategy
- Intellectually curious with a science-based mindset and motivation to learn and grow
- Motivated for teamwork and ability to coach, teach and mentor team members
- Confident using generative AI tools while valuing human judgment
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills
- Additional (preferred): knowledge in other corporate sustainability topics/sectors and sustainability frameworks and tools relevant to the expertise area
