Lead client engagements, manage major accounts and complex projects within the Fashion & Sporting Goods team
Cultivate strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, secure new business and co-create solutions aligned with client needs
Craft and implement account strategies reflecting client priorities and sustainability goals
Work closely with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery
Collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work primarily within the sector and contribute across other areas as needed
Mentor junior colleagues and progressively take on line management responsibilities
Contribute to company revenue growth and strengthen market presence in the sector
Occasionally work at client offices and travel for projects
Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches via web-conference
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting
Actively shaping long-term path in business development and confident to manage Fashion & SG accounts topics
Good understanding of key challenges in Fashion & SG sector
Proven experience in project management
Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Master’s degree or equivalent experience (Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics...) to guide transformative science-based strategy
Intellectually curious with a science-based mindset and motivation to learn and grow
Motivated for teamwork and ability to coach, teach and mentor team members
Confident using generative AI tools while valuing human judgment
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
Additional (preferred): knowledge in other corporate sustainability topics/sectors and sustainability frameworks and tools relevant to the expertise area
