About the role

  • Build and maintain .NET-based applications using C#, Blazor, and ASP.NET
  • Develop and optimize medical imaging viewers and DICOM-based applications
  • Implement advanced visualization techniques for medical imaging data
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual elements and improve user experience
  • Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with API services
  • Implement state management and maintain code organization in complex applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Be involved in proposals, RFPs and provide effort estimates, solution design etc.
  • Communicate with a wide set of teams, including Design, Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in C# programming
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core and MVC patterns
  • Knowledge of Blazor (WebAssembly and/or Server) development
  • Understanding of .NET architecture and component lifecycle
  • Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 skills
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)
  • Ability to create responsive designs
  • Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind)
  • Strong understanding of DICOM standards and protocols
  • Experience developing medical imaging viewers (2D/3D)
  • Knowledge of imaging processing libraries and frameworks (e.g., Cornerstone.js, OHIF Viewer, dcm4che)
  • Experience with implementing medical image manipulation tools (windowing, zooming, measurements)
  • Understanding of medical imaging workflows and healthcare integration challenges
