About the role

  • Oversee the operational coordination and continued development of our global physical security program.
  • Ensure that crisis response, travel risk, site-level security inputs, third-party considerations, and intelligence updates are integrated into a structured and actionable operational framework.
  • Work closely with the Principal Security Specialist – Investigations and the Senior Security Professional – Risk Mitigation to maintain a coordinated, enterprise-wide response capability.
  • Manage active incidents and strengthen the operational foundation of the program — refining escalation processes, response workflows, resilience planning, and third-party integration.
  • Provide operational leadership necessary to maintain continuity, clarity, and disciplined execution during high-impact events, while continuously improving how our physical security program performs at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis response, or enterprise security leadership.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
