About the role

  • Advise customers on the power of their data, demonstrating how the Quantexa platform transforms data into actionable insights and measurable business value.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer data, use cases, and objectives, and guide customers on how Quantexa’s solutions can best address their challenges.
  • Lead key deployment decisions, working with customers and internal teams to design and deliver the most effective solution for each use case.
  • Act as a core member of the account team for selected banking customers, helping define and execute account strategies that drive sustained value and long-term impact.
  • Partner closely with customers to shape the roadmap and long-term vision for Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and strategic partners to ensure alignment with customer goals, adherence to Quantexa blueprints, and successful value realization across discovery, delivery, and proving stages.
  • Ensure successful operational adoption of the Quantexa platform across customer teams.
  • Own and manage senior, strategic customer relationships, ensuring effective governance and driving renewal and expansion of customer engagements.

Requirements

  • You are dedicated to understanding customer needs, aligning with both broader business objectives and the finer details.
  • You communicate confidently with senior-level business and technology stakeholders, helping customers define a strategic roadmap that maximizes the value of their Quantexa products.
  • You have deep experience in banking, including data management, financial crime, risk management, fraud detection, or customer intelligence.
  • You bring platform implementation experience and understand the challenges faced by banking clients.
  • You have a proven track record of building and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Customers see you as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, confident in your commitment to their success.
  • You have a consultative, analytical mindset, able to evaluate challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Collaborative in nature, you work with both customers and internal teams to deliver the most effective solutions and tangible business value.
  • You are a team player, building strong relationships across Quantexa and with customers, knowing that our collective success depends on collaboration.
  • Experience in a Client Partner role or comparable consulting, customer-facing, or enterprise sales position.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software or services, including selling, implementation, or delivery.
  • Demonstrated credible product and technology expertise within the banking industry.
  • Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Fluent business-level or native French speaker.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
