About the role
- Driving the sales planning and strategies for acquiring new clients to achieve regional growth targets
- Cross-team collaboration to boost the growth of the region
- Partner with marketing to support the development and execution of client focused marketing programs and sales materials
- Develop privileged relationships with existing key accounts while acquiring new clients to broaden our market presence
- Partner with the Client Success team to onboard new clients as appropriate
- Work closely with the Managing Director, North Asia to enhance customer experience and drive the company's core value
- Identify market trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies to our internal teams
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to leverage growth opportunities
- Collaborate with brand and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs
- Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior sales role within AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising
- Deep understanding of digital advertising and data-driven marketing, and expertise in direct client sales
- Existing relationships with media agencies and brands, particularly in the Travel industry in Hong Kong
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Professional proficiency in English and business fluency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and for business negotiations)
