What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or inside sales
Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward desired outcomes
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes is a plus
