About the role

  • Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
  • Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.
