About the role
- As a Pension Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and executing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
- Your responsibilities will include: Benefits and Plan Management: Accurately execute activities related to plans and benefits, including redemptions, portability (incoming and outgoing) and benefit grant processes.
- Perform detailed calculations for redemptions, benefits to be granted and benefits already granted, ensuring accuracy in transaction confirmations and annual adjustments.
- Process and provision funds for payroll related to plans and benefits, ensuring timeliness and correctness of amounts.
- Identify and reconcile balances in participant and entity accounts, especially in portability processes.
- Risk Management and Insurance Contracts: Operate risk coverage activities with insurers, including requesting habilitation and analyzing benefits.
- Ensure compliance with risk acceptance policies and insurance contracts, proactively identifying and managing potential improvements.
- Compliance and Reporting: Prepare, make available and review reports and information to meet legal obligations (DE, DSI, REINF, DIRF, Income Statements), with close attention to detail and deadlines.
- Processes and Continuous Improvement: Execute the annual contribution adjustment process, collaborating with external stakeholders such as insurers and advisors.
- Manage the implementation of proposals, respecting established deadlines.
- Propose and implement actions to update participant and sponsor records, aiming at data integrity.
- Closely monitor department KPIs, using them as the basis for analyses and optimization proposals.
- Serve as a point of support in the mediation of legal processes, facilitating effective communication between the entity and other parties.

- Bachelor's degree in: Mathematics, Accounting, International Relations, Economics, Law, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in a Closed Private Pension Entity (EFPC) in the areas of welfare, plans and benefits, or pension management.
- Proven experience in: Plan and benefit routines in an EFPC (redemption, incoming and outgoing portability, calculation and granting of benefits).
- Enrollment and plan maintenance routines in EFPCs (registration and maintenance of plans).
- Solid knowledge of: Pension plan business rules.
- Supplementary pension regulations.
- Outsourced risk management.
- Risk analysis and habilitation with insurers.
- Nice to have: Training/knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.).
- Advanced Excel.
- ICSS certification.
