About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the complete sales cycle with insurance brokerages and agencies across North America
- Work alongside the VP Sales and CEO to build the Enterprise sales function
- Aim to increase annual recurring revenue by 3X in 2026
- Thrive in complex, enterprise Sales environments
- Close six figure deals and make a positive impact for customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of Account Executive experience
- Proven track record of selling six figure deals
- Consistently achieving quota
- Deep understanding of sales fundamentals
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of a company
- Relationship building throughout the Sales process
- Previous sales experience in a venture-backed startup is valued
- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the broker channel is valued
