About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leaders to align People strategies with team and business goals
- Coach managers through performance conversations, feedback, development, and team dynamics
- Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts
- Drive initiatives focused on engagement, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Use people data and trends to identify opportunities and guide decision-making
- Support change management efforts across evolving teams and business priorities
- Partner cross-functionally on learning and development initiatives that support career growth
- Help ensure People practices remain compliant, fair, and aligned with company values.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of HR experience, including business partnership and employee relations work
- Strong experience handling complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations
- Skilled at building trust and influencing leaders across multiple levels of an organization
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Experience driving organizational change and implementing People programs or processes
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
