About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage vendors and external partners, monitor contract performance
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment between business and IT stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Apply agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and executive updates
  • Support change management initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Ensure technical alignment across IT architecture, data integration, and system interfaces

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical understanding (IT architecture, data integration, cloud/on-premise)
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid project delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills
  • Experience working in complex, regulated corporate environments
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • University degree (preferably in IT, engineering, or business)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
