About the role
- Facilitation and management of agile processes according to Scrum and/or Kanban
- Running and leading agile ceremonies (Daily, Review, Retro, Planning, etc.)
- Supporting teams as a servant leader and removing impediments
- Acting as Delivery Manager / Project Manager to coordinate schedules, milestones and dependencies
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, architects, business units and other stakeholders
- Ensuring transparency through regular reporting on progress, risks and status
- Promoting continuous improvement practices within the teams
- Ensuring efficient and productive collaboration aligned with company goals
- Supporting cross-departmental communication and alignment
- Accountability for the quality and reliability of deliveries
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
- No programming experience required — focus is on agility and delivery
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (required due to intensive cross-functional collaboration)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong plus
- Structured, proactive work style and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to be on-site (preferred)
