About the role
- Analyze and model business processes related to booking, sales and billing
- Elicit, structure and document functional and technical requirements
- Act as the interface between business units, IT, development and project management
- Support testing, acceptance and system implementation
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/digitalization projects
- Experience with booking, reservation or sales/distribution systems
- Ideally, project experience in the transport, mobility or logistics sector
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
