About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively driving and managing the post sales process with Enterprise-level customers
  • Articulating the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Identifying all technical and business issues of assigned accounts for customer satisfaction
  • Providing product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identifying and developing upsell opportunities
  • Conveying customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Delivering high-level and detailed sales presentations
  • Attending conferences, seminars, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge in security and compliance space: Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Policy Compliance, Intrusion Detection Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools
  • Knowledge in variety of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues: ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organized and analytical
  • Comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations
  • College degree, Military, or equivalent experience
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory
