Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and report on program performance, including key metrics, timelines, and budget adherence
Prepare regular status reports and present findings to stakeholders
Lead and manage multiple programs/projects for clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals
Hold responsibility for review of all individual project requirements for clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Oversee the planning, resource management, and execution of programs
Develop and track project schedules, resources, and budgets
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, sales, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 12 years of experience in program or project management
Proven track record of managing large, complex electrical transmission and distribution programs
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Knowledge of utility transmission and distribution projects, regulatory requirements and industry standards
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to guide team members towards goals while keeping them motivated
