About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the full end-to-end planning and execution of events using internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate copy for blogs, emails, social media channels, and print collateral
- Manage logistics, promotional gear, and schedules for trade shows, webinars, and corporate events
- Coordinate shipping and logistics for events
- Capture event photography and videography using a mobile device
- Lead pre-event planning, including budget creation and project management of logistics
- Secure sponsorships, booth spaces, and event locations
- Design and coordinate booth layouts, signage, displays, and branded materials with vendors
- Manage registration processes, attendee lists, and cross-departmental participation
- Plan food and beverage, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, and shipping logistics
- Schedule and facilitate pre-conference internal planning meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an administrative role
- Marketing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal abilities for clear copywriting and cross-team coordination
- Travel requirement: 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
