About the role

  • Maintain usability, stability, and security of Qualtrics' corporate SaaS applications
  • Govern system utilization, implement system changes and upgrades to drive efficiency
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex end-user requests (including app installations)
  • Act as subject-matter-expert for platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot
  • Establish system roadmaps, governance best practices, and strategic initiatives
  • Document procedures, policies, and enablement materials
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to understand needs and resolve issues
  • Train and mentor junior team members and own internal team processes
  • Own and lead strategic initiatives that span multiple departments

Requirements

  • Enjoy learning & growing amidst ever-changing technology
  • Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems
  • Skilled in training & mentoring junior members
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in automations or scripting preferred
  • Experience with corporate SaaS platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot
  • Experience performing system administration tasks: provisioning, troubleshooting, configuration, end-user support, app installations
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Procurement, and Go-To-Market
