About the role
- Maintain the usability, stability, and security of Qualtrics's corporate SaaS applications
- Govern system utilization, provide technical support to end-users, and implement system changes or upgrades to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor junior team members on system management best practices and train them on system maintenance
- Act as subject-matter-expert for platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot
- Perform system administration tasks: provisioning, troubleshooting, configuration, and complex end-user support (app installations)
- Establish system roadmaps and strategic initiatives and own strategic initiatives that span multiple departments
- Document procedures, policies, and enablement materials
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and resolve issues
- Establish and maintain governance best practices to minimize costs while maximizing returns
Requirements
- Enjoy learning & growing amidst ever-changing technology
- Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems
- Skilled in training & mentoring junior members
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in automations or scripting preferred
- Experience administering corporate-wide platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot
- Experience with provisioning, troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user support (including app installations)
- Ability to document procedures, policies, and enablement materials
