About the role

  • Proactively identify and champion new SKUs and service offerings that leverage emerging data science methodologies.
  • Convert qualitative customer insights and market expectations into clear, scalable business requirements and functional specifications for AI-driven features.
  • Actively contribute to the team's data science craft and code libraries.
  • Serve as the technical thought leader and partner for strategic engagements and c-suite opportunities, demonstrating the value and technical defensibility of Qualtrics’ AI and data science platforms.
  • Translate customer opportunities and pain points into actionable and clear product requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate degree in a technical field (Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Experience: Experience using advanced analytics capabilities, including familiarity with: ML algorithms, generative AI, LLMs, deep learning, causal inference, experimentation frameworks, optimization methods, and economics/econometric modeling
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on coding experience in Python and R; strong experience with SQL, data transformation, and visual reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex AI capabilities into simple business value.
