About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage medium-complexity digital projects in partnership with clients, building strong relationships and loyalty while ensuring high-value deliveries aligned with our clients' expectations.
Identify and map opportunities, directing potential upselling and cross-selling to our sales team.
Collaborate with the team to understand the impact of solutions developed for our clients and on the end user.
Create and manage the project schedule based on sprint development.
Monitor scope compliance in terms of deliverables and monthly hours consumption.
Track project performance KPIs together with the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
Advanced knowledge of performance KPIs.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience managing digital projects from kickoff through project closure.
The following are considered a plus:
English and/or Spanish.
